Bored with your hummus?

Pumpkin and Sesame Hummus 

adapted from an EAT CLEAN RECIPE

 ( Makes about 40 tablespoons of Hummus)



    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Unico Chick Peas , 2.278 cup /540 ml can
    Lemon Juice, 30 mL
    Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    Coarse sea salt, 1 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper, 0.13 tsp
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 420 grams
    Great Value Minced Garlic, 
    1 tsp Sesame Seeds 0.66 tbsp ( 2 tsp)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp 
    (Makes about 40 tablespoons of Hummus)

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender (except the olive oil) , and blend till smooth, use as much of the olive oil as you need to make smooth texture...put into ceramic bowl and drizzle with remaining olive oil if you have any left...garnish with chopped green part of scallion.
    Refrigerate and serve chilled.
