Learn how to recognize when ingredients are hidden. In Canada ingredients can be hidden behind class names (i.e. colour, vegetable oil, sulphites,), ingredients exempt from component declarations when found in prepackaged products (i.e. flour, margarine, prepared meats), and preparations exempt from component declarations (i.e. natural flavours).
