Photo Blog from 30 Day Challenge Participants

During each challenge I ask participants to send me photos and in the last challenge, they sent in some wonderfully scenic photos from around the world. So life and adventure was addressed in a real way. We all got to travel through each others photos. This time participants have been sending in photos of new habits and healthy food choices and I want to share them with you!

Sheila was cleaning out her fridge drawer and using up all her left overs, wow - look at that salad!
Beth has a little baby and she still finds time to prepare healthy meals, which is wonderful! 

Quinoa is a great "go to " meal it is not a grain, but a seed and even has protein in it! Spice it up with some Tumeric and garlic if you like!

Pairing protein with red peppers is a good way to make sure you are getting the iron and Vit C combination which works best for the absorption of Iron. ( Fe)

Crystal has been working towards actually HAVING breakfast! Well done Crystal!
