During each challenge I ask participants to send me photos and in the last challenge, they sent in some wonderfully scenic photos from around the world. So life and adventure was addressed in a real way. We all got to travel through each others photos. This time participants have been sending in photos of new habits and healthy food choices and I want to share them with you!
|Quinoa is a great "go to " meal it is not a grain, but a seed and even has protein in it! Spice it up with some Tumeric and garlic if you like!|
Pairing protein with red peppers is a good way to make sure you are getting the iron and Vit C combination which works best for the absorption of Iron. ( Fe)
